Position Overview
As a Client Support Representative at Medworks, you will serve as a frontline ambassador, identifying potential new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones. You will collaborate closely with Operating Room professionals to meet their needs, assist in product evaluations, and provide technical support during surgical procedures. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to foster long-term partnerships while driving Medworks' growth and contributing to our mission of excellence.
Location: Greater Seattle Area, with travel to Medworks client locations in Washington, Montana, Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, providing accurate product and service information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Operating Room professionals to deliver tailored solutions.
Sales Support & Field Assistance:
- Travel between client accounts to support sales efforts and maintain relationships.
- Facilitate trials and evaluations of Medworks products, recommending solutions to meet client needs.
Technical Assistance & Operating Room Support:
- Operate Medworks service equipment during surgical procedures, providing technical assistance to surgeons and staff.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation, disposables, video, lasers, and other equipment as needed.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the CSR team and the VP of New Business Development to identify new opportunities.
- Assist the CEO and VP in advancing opportunities and conducting discovery meetings with clients.
Sales Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track sales opportunities and client interactions.
- Proactively uncover new opportunities to drive growth and enhance client satisfaction.
Performance Metrics
- Success in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Effective resolution of client inquiries and issues
- Contribution to sales growth and product adoption
- Accuracy and thoroughness of CRM documentation
